0: Buffer access is disabled.
1: Buffer access is enabled.
The meaning of this bit depends on the settings of
the DIR, BFRE, and DCLRM bits as shown in table
26.10.
14 0 R Reserved
This bit is always read as 0. The write value should
always be 0.
