When the analyzer displays the message
CONNECT STD THEN PRESS KEY
TO MEASURE
, connect the 50 ohm termination (supplied in the calibration kit)
to reference test port 1, as shown in Figure 5-2.

the open/short combination to reference test port 2, as shown in Figure 5-2.
