Example) Main cycle: 20[ms], Command speed: 600[mm/min]
If the command speed (600[mm/min]) is divided by 60, the command
speed per second is 10[mm/s], and if the main cycle (20[ms]) is
divided by 1000, the main cycle is 0.02[s].
Therefore, the travel distance is as follow.
10[mm/s]
0.02[s] = 0.2[mm]
Set the travel distance to more than 0.2[mm].
Positioning speed drops if the distance between pass points is short
the minimum travel value.
