Introduction
Physical Requirements
Before you begin to setup your equipment or to install the software, you
should verify that you have selected an appropriate site and have
received the materials necessary for installation.
Selecting a Site
Select a site for the AUDIX Voice Power processor that provides easy
access
for the cabling and also provides good workspace for the System
Manager or operators who will use the system. The site should be
comfortable for the operators and should meet the following
environmental requirements:
Temperature: 50 to 100 °F (1 0 to 38 °C)
Humidity: 20 to 80% noncondensing
Power: 115 V, 50-60 Hz, 220 Watts
Protect your AUDIX Voice Power processor from sunlight, heat, cold,
chemicals, static electricity, magnetic fields, vibration, and grime.
Be sure to use a grounded, nonswitched outlet for the processor.
