The second time, select option 5.
Terminate
Installation by
typing 5 and pressing (Enter).
When the installation of the FACE HELP package is complete, you
receive the # prompt.
Type installpkg and press (Enter).
Insert the Editing Package disk into the floppy disk drive and
press (Enter).
When the installation of the Editing Package is complete, you
receive the # prompt.
At the # prompt, type
exit
and press (Enter) to log off the
machine.
NOTE:
You must log off before continuing with the next step so that
the installed programs will be running when you install the
AUDIX Voice Power programs.
Verifying UNIX System Installation
To verify the UNIX System installation, follow these steps:
1.
Log in as
root
(if not already logged in).
2.
At the # prompt, type
uname -a
and press (Enter).
The system should display the following message:
unix unix 3.2 2.2 i386
