WHEN A SINGLE ENGINE HELICOPTER IS ADDED TO THIS SECTION, IT NEEDS TO BE TREATED AS IF THERE WERE TWO
ENGINES VIA AIRCRAFT WIRING. THE SRD REQURIEMENTS ARE ALL WRITTEN FOR TWO ENGINES, BUT SINGLE ENGINES
WERE ACCOUNTED FOR AS LONG AS THIS METHOD IS USED.
