REMOVING THE CRANKSHAFT ASSEMBLY
1. Remove:
crankshaft assembly
timing chain
TIP
Before removing the crankshaft assembly,
remove the timing chain from the crankshaft
sprocket.
The crankshaft assembly cannot be re-
moved if the timing chain is attached onto
the crankshaft sprocket.
