If any of the messages in Table 6-2 appears, the drive unit is assumed to have
failed. If the same message reappears after an alarm reset, immediately replace
the drive unit.

6.1.2 Alarm function activated
If the alarm function is activated during motor operation, any of the displays in
Table 6-3 is provided on the parameter unit.
If you ignore the alarm message and continue operation, the fault detection
function is activated, leading to an operation stop. When you noticed that the
alarm function had been activated, immediately remove its cause.
MEMO
That the alarm function has been activated can be exported as an
alarm signal.
