Parameters

integer Status returned by a TCP function.

Purpose
Registers your program as a valid TCP server and allows other applications to connect to it for
network communication.
Parameters

portNumber
unsigned integer Uniquely identifies a server on
a single machine.
serverCallbackFunction

Pointer to the user callback
function.
