CHAPTER 10 Compile
10.1 Compile Menu
The Compile menu allows the user to compile the file being edited or the file selected
from a project.
The Compile menu provides the following commands:
• [Active Document] command
• [Selected Files] command
• [All Files] command
• [Stop] command
• [Compile Option] command

Figure 10.1-a shows the Compile menu.

❍ [Active Document] command
Compiles the active file, which is currently being edited.
❍ [Selected Files] command
Compiles the files selected from the project management window.
From the project management window, select a file as described below:
• To select a single file: Click it with the left mouse button.
• To select multiple files: Press and hold down the Control key and click them with the
left mouse button; or press and hold down the Shift key and click them with the left
mouse button.
❍ [All Files] command
Compiles all the files in the project management window.
❍ [Stop] command
Stops the compilation in progress.
❍ [Compiler Option] command
Set the compiler options.
