While listening to the Greeting
• Dial 1 Playback commences at the first message.
• Dial 2 For more information.
• Dial 41 Turn remote notification on.
• Dial 42 Turn remote notification off.
• Dial 43 To program remote notification.
• Dial 5 To compose a message.
• Dial 6 To delete all messages.
• Dial 71 To record your name.
• Dial 72 To check your recorded name.
• Dial 73 Do delete the recorded name.
• Dial 8 To turn monitor on / off.
• Dial 91 Selecting the primary greeting.
• Dial 92 Selecting the secondary greeting.
• Dial 92 Check the outgoing greeting.
• Dial 93 Delete the outgoing greeting.
• Dial 0 Change voice mail password.
Note: If you forget your voice mail password, you can check all voice mail extension passwords from the
programming extension (ext. 20).
To Record a Call
The option to allow you to record a call can be set in system programming.
When programmed, the option “Record Call” is shown on the display when you are on a call.
The same rules apply to these recordings as do to normal messages left in voice mailboxes. Read messages
are deleted in 8 days and unretrieved messages are deleted in 15 days.
• From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM key.
• Press the Scroll Down key () until “System Programming” is displayed.
• Select “System Programming”.
• Enter the System Programming Password and select “Extensions”.
• Select “Call Recording”.
• Select the extensions that are to be allowed to record calls.
Press the speakerphone key to finish programming.
Group Mailboxes
If group forward is activated to voice mail, messages for the group will be recorded in the group voice
mailbox. “New group message” will be displayed on the display of all Feature Phone in the group.
