Installing Batteries in Parent Unit
To insert batteries, remove the battery cover on the bottom of
the unit.

The Parents’ Unit requires four AAA (LR03)
batteries (not included). To insert batteries, remove the battery
cover on the back of the unit and insert the batteries matching
positive (+) to positive (+) and negative (-) to negative (-) and
replace the battery cover.
Replace the batteries when the Low Battery Indicator
flashes and turns orange instead of green.
IMPORTANT: Charge the batteries for 15 hours prior to first
use. Be sure to have the monitor in the OFF position during
this period.
Only use the AC adapters included with your monitor. Do not
use these adapters with any other equipment.
Insert the AC adapter into the jack marked “9V (6LR61)” and
plug the adapter into an electrical outlet. Unit will run off of the
AC adapter unless there is a power outage, in which case the
unit will begin using the batteries.
IMPORTANT: Use only the AC adapters included with your
monitor. Do not use these adapters with any other
equipment.
