not spin dry the fabric cover, let it dry without
wringing.
The fabric cover must only be replaced with
another cover approved by the manufacturer,
since it is an integral part of the child car seat
and, therefore, one of its safety elements.
WARNING! To ensure the safety of the child
car seat, never use it without its fabric cover.
To take off the fabric cover, first remove the
restraint harnesses as follows:
- Press the restrain harnesses adjustment
button and, at the same time, hold the two
harnesses of the child car seat, located
under the shoulder straps, and pull in your
direction to loosen them (diag. 37).
- Unfasten the restraint harness, pressing the
red button on the buckle (diag. 38).
- Remove the two harness straps from the
plate (diag. 48).
- Pull the harnesses from the front to remo-
ve them from the headrest and shoulder
straps (diag. 49).
- Remove the headrest cover, the shoulder
straps and the child car seat cover.
To replace the fabric cover and harnesses, pro-
ceed as follows:
- Fit the headrest cover, the shoulder straps
and the child car seat cover.
- Insert the two harness straps, first in the
fabric cover holes (diag. 50), then through
the shoulder straps and the headrest holes
(diag. 51).
- Insert again the two harness straps in the
plate (diag. 52), and check that both the
plate and harness straps are positioned as
shown in diag. 53.
WARNING! Check that the harnesses are not
twisted.
WARNING! Check that plate is always placed
correctly in the appropriate lower housing of
the seat (diag. 54).
How to Clean the Plastic or Metal Parts
Clean the plastic and coated metal parts only
with a damp cloth.
Never use abrasive detergents or solvents.
The movable parts of the child car seat must
not be lubricated.
Checking the Condition of the
Components
It is recommended to check regularly the con-
dition of the following components to ensure
that they are not damaged or worn out:
Fabric cover: Check that the padding does
not come out from the seams. Check the
condition of the seams: they must always
be intact and undamaged.
Harnesses: Check that the fabric weft is
not frayed or the harness strap worn out in
the parts corresponding to the adjustment
strap, crotch, shoulders and harness adju-
stment plate.
Plastic parts: Check that the plastic parts
are not worn out, damaged or faded.
CAUTION! If the child car seat is deformed or
worn out, it must be replaced: it may no longer
comply with the original safety standards.
Storing the Product
When it is not fitted into the car, it is rec-
ommended to store the child car seat in a
dry place, away from sources of heat and to
protect it from dust, humidity and direct sun-
light.
Product Disposal
When the child car seat no longer complies
with the original safety standards, interrupt
its use and dispose of it at an appropriate col-
lection point. Dispose of the product as laid
down in the environmental norms in force in
the Country of use.
