Procedure
Perform these steps from the CTP to configure the PathBuilder S24x, 26x, and 27x
switch for DSU operation:
Step Action
1 Refer to the PathBuilder S200 Series Basic Protocols. However, you do
not need to complete these configuration parameters:
• Clock Speed
• Connection Type
• Port Control
2 Configure the clock source parameter under port configuration as
follows:
INT Use this parameter when providing
clock to the network.
EXT Use this parameter when using the
network-provided clock
(usual mode for DSU operation).
