copy tftp EW_archive
Use the copy tftp EW_archive command to download the WAN Device
Manager application into the device via TFTP. To use this command, you need to
have an active TFTP server, and to create a file into which to download the data. If
Avaya MultiService Network Manager is running, an additional TFTP server is not
required.
The syntax for this command is:
copy tftp EW_archive <filename> <ip> <mod_num>
Example:
X330WAN-2DS1-1(configure)# copy tftp EW_archive
c:\p330\p330web201 192.168.49.10 5
copy tftp SW_image
Use the copy tftp SW_image command to update the software image and the
device manager applications of a designated device. To use this command, you
need to have an active TFTP server, and to create a file into which to download the
data. If Avaya MultiService Network Manager is running, an additional tftp server
is not required.
The syntax for this command is:
copy tftp SW_image <sw-image-file> EW_archive <EmWeb_File>
<ip_address>
The syntax for this command for the X330WAN is:
copy tftp SW_image <sw-image-file> EW_archive <ew_archive-
file> <ip_address>
filename Embedded Web Manager image file name (full path)
ip The ip address of the TFTP server
mod_num Target device number
sw-image-file Common name for the files that contain the Software
Image and Embedded Web archive (full path).
