4 SOFTWARE FEATURES
The M265A software has two major operating modes. The SAMPLE mode is the normal
mode when the instrument is taking data. The software menu that covers the SAMPLE mode
is shown in Figure 4-1.

en the instrument is initially installed, a change of parameters is needed, or diagnostics is
indicated, the SETUP menu is used, which is shown in Figure 4-2.
