• Slide the other steering linkage over the hooked end of
the steering column and the other steering linkage.
• Fit the hooked end of the steering column into the hole
in the steering linkage.

• Slide a washer onto the end of the steering column.

• Insert the #8 x

” screw through the hole in the end
of the steering column, so that the screw head faces
the front of the vehicle.
• Fit the #8 lock nut onto the end of the screw. Make
sure the rounded side of the lock nut faces the rear
of the vehicle.
• While holding the lock nut steady with an adjustable
wrench, tighten the screw with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.

• Squeeze both steering linkages together.
• Insert four #10 x

" screws into the steering linkage
assembly. Tighten the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Do not over-tighten.
