torque.

tighten it to the specified torque.

Adjust the damping force as follows:

to decrease the damping force.

Tightening torque:
51 Nm (5.1 m·kgf, 37 ft·lbf)
Standard: 15 clicks out*
Minimum (soft): 20 clicks out*
Maximum (hard): fully turned-in position
