Operating System Boot Phase
If no error message appears at this stage of the system startup, the operating system
launches. The LCD status panel displays the system platform and a smiling icon.
Run-time Errors
During the normal usage of the workstation (and at boot), MaxiLife continually monitors
vital system parameters. These include: temperature errors, fan malfunctions, power
voltage drops and CPU problems.

is checked by the BIOS. If an
error is detected, and it isn’t a
fatal error, the BIOS continues
its execution normally.

Note: No error is detected if a
monitor isn’t connected to an
installed video controller. This
isn’t a fatal error, and the
BIOS continues its normal
execution.
