OPENING A FILE
To open an exported video/audio file:
1. From the File menu, select Open. The Select File dialog box appears.
2. Navigate to the folder that contains exported files, select a file, and then click Open. The default location for storing exported video is
C:\Program Files\Pelco\Endura\WS5000\Export.
As an alternative, select Open Recent from the File menu, or use the shortcut keys CTRL + O to display the Select file dialog box.
TIP: If Pelco video files (.pef) are associated with the Endura Player, double-click a video file in Windows Explorer. The file begins playing
immediately. To associate .pef files with the Endura Player, right-click a video file in Windows Explorer, and then click Properties. Click the
Change button next to the “Opens with” option, and then select the Endura Player.
3. Select a recently opened file from the submenu.

ON-SCREEN PLAYBACK CONTROLS
• To play back video, click Play . While video is playing, the Play button changes to the Pause button . Click this button again
to pause playback.
• To play video in reverse frame by frame, click the “Frame-by-Frame Reverse” button .
• To play video in fast reverse, click the Fast Reverse button .
• To fast forward video, click the Fast Forward button .
• To move forward frame by frame, click the “Frame-by-Frame Forward” button .
• To play the video forward at one quarter of the speed, click the Slow Forward button .
