Windows Error Messages
1. Errors displayed before data transfer (before printing)
Description Cause Corrective Measures
• The printer is not connected or
“INPUT” is not set to “USB”.
• The printer cover is open.
• The printer is out of paper.
• There is paper remaining in the
printer.
• An error has occurred.
• Interrupt processing by pressing the OK
button.
(An error message may be issued by the
operating system if the printer is not
connected.)
• Retry button: Printing can be continued
after removing the error.
• Cancel button: Cancels printing.
• Retry button: Printing can be continued
after removing the error.
• Cancel button: Cancels printing.
• Retry button: Printing can be continued
after removing the error.
• Cancel button: Cancels printing.
• Contact the nearest service department
