Once the authentication procedure completes successfully, the OSD Main
Screen comes up in the center of your monitor. This is the same OSD that
appears when the Windows Client is invoked.
As with the Windows Client, the OSD consists of three pages – Main,
Configuration, and Administration. The Administration and Configuration
pages are discussed in Chapter 6. The Main page is discussed in the Windows
Client Port Operation chapter, on page 93..
Note: 1. The Administration tab is disabled for users who don't have
administration permission.
2. Instead of a control panel like the one that the Windows Client uses,
the Java Client has a hidden control panel, located at the bottom
center of the screen. The panel becomes visible when the mouse
pointer is moved over it. The functions of the Control Panel icons are
described in the Java Client Port Operation chapter, on page 108.
