person can be thrown into and injure other
passengers.
- NEVER try to tend to a crying child s needs while
driving. Never take a child out of a child restraint for
comforting while the vehicle is moving.

Put heavy or sharp items in the trunk. Loose items can
be deadly in a crash.

If you need to use a blanket in cold weathe r , put the
child in the restraint and cover both with the blanket.
