Problem Check Remedy
[STANDBY/ON] indicator is flashing. — If operation is abnormal, or it won’t start up, disconnect the AC adapter or USB
cable, wait for a little while, and then restart again.
If the symptoms still appear, put in a request for repairs.
Noise occurs in the sound. — When engaged in voice conversation or data transfer or receiving on the iPhone/
iPad, sound interruptions (communication noise) may occur in the unit. If these
symptoms occur, change the iPhone/iPad install location or orientation.
If this still does not improve the symptoms, turn off the iPhone/iPad mobile data
communications and use the Wi-Fi connection or turn on the flight mode.
