Changing Contacts Entry Options
To access the following contacts entry’s options, highlight
a contact and select Details > Options. With a contact
number selected, for example, select one of the following
options:
ⅷ View—views the phone number of the contact.
ⅷ Add detail—adds a number, address, note, image, or
tone to the contact.
ⅷ Edit number—edits an existing phone number or details
attached to the contact.
ⅷ Delete—deletes the phone number or the entire entry
from your contacts list.
ⅷ Send message—creates and sends the contact a text
message.
ⅷ Use number—edits the number and associates a name
with the number.
ⅷ Set as default—changes the default number of
the contact.
ⅷ Change type—changes the number type to General,
Mobile, Home, Work, or Fax, or the detail type to E-mail
address, Web address, Street address, or Note.
ⅷ Add voice tag—adds a voice tag to the contact.
ⅷ Send bus. card—sends the contact as a business card to
another device.
ⅷ Caller groups—adds the contact to an existing
caller group.
ⅷ Speed dial—adds a contact to your speed dialing list.
