WHEEL & TINE CONTROL BAIL: Both decals describe operation of wheel & tine control. As the wheel &
tine control bail is rotated rearward the wheels & tines will start rotating. The wheel & tine control bail is
released and rotates forward the wheels & tines will stop but, the engine will continue operating.
