Email inbox

This folder stores emails that you have
received.
Viewing an email
1. Select
Check new mail
. The phone checks
the email server and downloads new emails.
The following icons may appear on the list to
show the email status:
• : Retrieved from the server
• : Being retrieved
• : Failed to be retrieved
2. Select an email or a header.
3. Press [ ] or [ ] to view other pages in the
email.
4. Press [ ] or [ ] to view other emails.
Some printers may not be compatible with
the phone.
An
!
icon next to a message means that the
message is of high priority.
