Messages
Your phone can receive voice mail notifications,
text messages, and web messages from your web
server. Your phone can also send text messages, if
your service provider supports this service.
Incoming messages are received even when your
phone is in Lock mode. However, the screen does
not display information about the message. To
access the message, you need to unlock the
phone.
If you receive an incoming message during a call
conversation, your phone sounds an alert tone,
depending on your sound settings.
New MSG
(Menu 3-1)
You can create a short text message and send it to
other mobile phones.
Note
: Message transmission is available only when
your phone is operating in a digital network
and if service is supported by your service
provider.
Writing and sending a text message
1. Enter a destination number using the numeric
keys and press .
If you press the
Find
soft key, you can search
Phone Book for a number.
2. To send your message to multiple destination,
press and enter another number. Repeat
this step, as needed.
