PhoenixGoldwarrantsthisproducttobefreeofdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.Thiswarrantyis
nottransferableandappliesonlytotheoriginalpurchaserfromanauthorizedPhoenixGolddealerintheUnitedStatesofAmericaonly.Shouldservicebenecessary
underthiswarrantyforanyreasonduetomanufacturingdefectormalfunction,PhoenixGoldwill(atitsdiscretion),repairorreplacethedefectiveproductwithnew
orremanufacturedproductatnocharge.Damagecausedbythefollowingisnotcoveredunderwarranty:accident,misuse,abuse,productmodicationorneglect,
failuretofollowinstallationinstructions,unauthorizedrepairattempts,misrepresentationsbytheseller.Thiswarrantydoesnotcoverincidentalorconsequential
damagesanddoesnotcoverthecostofremovingorreinstallingtheunit(s).Cosmeticdamageduetoaccidentornormalwearandtearisnotcoveredunderwarranty.
