Operating your Breville Microwave Oven continued
Inquiring function
In one stage cooking state, press
‘MICROWAVE’, and the current microwave
power will be displayed for 3 seconds. After
three seconds, the oven will turn back to the
former state.
In cooking state, press ‘CLOCK’ to display
the current time. Time will flash in the LED
for 2-3 seconds, and the oven will return
back to the cooking state.
Multi-section cooking
At
most 2 sections can be selected for cooking.
In multi-section cooking, if one section is
defrosting, then defrosting shall be placed in the
first section.
Auto cooking cannot work in the multi-
section cooking.
Note
Example: If you want to cook the food with
100% microwave power for 10 minutes + 80%
microwave power for 15 minutes. Do it as
following:
Press ‘MICROWAVE’ once to choose 100%
microwave power.
Press number keys ‘1’, ‘0’, ‘0’, ‘0’ in order
to adjust the cooking time.
Press ‘MICROWAVE’ twice to choose 80%
microwave power.
Press number keys ‘1’, ‘5’, ‘0’, ‘0’ in order
to adjust the cooking time.
Press ‘START/EXPRESS COOK’ to start
cooking.

Setting the
door safety lock
The safety lock prevents unsupervised operation
by young children. While in lock mode, the door
can be opened, however the microwave cannot
be turned on.
To set, press and hold ‘STOP/CLEAR’ pad
for 3 seconds. There will be a long ‘beep’
denoting unit is entering the children-lock
state and a ‘
’ will be displayed.
To unlock, press and hold ‘STOP/CLEAR’
pad for 3 seconds, and there will be a long
‘beep’ denoting that the lock is released.
Cooking end reminding
function
When cooking ends, there will be 5 ‘beeps’
which denotes completion of cooking.
Display specification
In
waiting state, LED will display clock and
‘:’ will flash.
In function setting state, LED will display the
related setting.
In the operation and suspending state, LED
will display the residual cooking time.
