Use the safety wrist strap in all situations. Ensure that
the loop of the strap is located around the wrist of
the person pushing the stroller.
Care should be taken if the stroller is used down hills
or in strong winds.
To release: lift brake lever completely up.
To apply: push brake level completely down.
