Insert carriage bolts into the front four
holes of wagon bed (not shown); use a
mallet to lightly tap into place. Flip
wagon body upside down. Slide the
wooden platform onto the four bolts
against the bottom of wagon bed. Slide
front frame assembly onto the four
bolts; ensure that the holes for handle
assembly are pointing away from the
wagon bed. Slide Ø12mm
washer onto
bolt, follow with
Ø10mm lock washer,
and securely tighten with M06 nut.

Cotter Pin(1x)
Lubricate the base for front frame. Turn base
upside down and place onto front frame lining
up the bolt holes and stem of front frame with
slot of base. Insert carriage bolt through base
and frame. Turn frame over, slide Ø25mm
onto
bolt, follow with Ø14mm lock washer, and
securely tighten with M10 nut. Insert cotter pin.
