and attach the FOUR RAILS (B) using FOUR BOLTS

rails and slots that you will use later for the mesh basket.
Position the bottom rails with the grooves facing
up; and position the top rails with the grooves facing
down.
Slip the TWO NYLON SNAP STRAPS (D) over
the TOP RAILS (B). Position them so that they are ready
to snap to the snaps on the bassinet body (H).
STEP 2: See PICTURE 2. Attach the second END
PANEL (A) to the FOUR RAILS (B) using FOUR BOLTS
(C).
STEP 3: See PICTURES 3A and 3B. Turn the bassinet
stand upside down.
Insert the TWO DOWELS (E) through the edge
pockets of the MESH BASKET (F). Insert the ends of
the ONE DOWEL (E) into the SLOTS cut into the inside
faces of the END PANELS (A). Stretch the mesh basket
over the rails and around to the other side, and insert the
second wood dowel into the dowel slots. Adjust the mesh
basket to remove wrinkles.
Attach the FOUR CASTER WHEELS (G) to the
corners of the end panels using one BOLT and one KNOB
