My dehumidifier water pump has been making a loud noise for about a week and two days it quit working. The unit will not allow you to set the unit to continuous and all water is going to the bucket. Does it seem that it may be my water pump or it is something else? I have been very happy up until now as I have another Soleus unit at my home that both units were purchased at Lowes. I bought it at lowes about 15 months ago and I do not have my receipt is the unit still covered under your warranty? Do you have any suggestions and how much is it to purchase a replacement water pump?
