0 I found on many reviews people ask the same,... its bcoz of the unclear manual with blurred pics.. find a steel-upward v shaped handle in the backside of the rear seat connected with springs on both sides, pull it upwards and that will make ur recline positions including lie-flat for a new born... hope this will help... (the manufacturers better change the manuals to be even more clear with instructions in text.)
