Question About Safety 1st Car Seat None
User Manual Please...

I just purchased this car seat for my son who is due in December. I took it apart to wash all the pieces but the straps I can't figure out how to clean and the buckles don't seem to want to buckle properly. Just trying to see what I'm doing wrong. Also I would like the whole manual for safety reasons when in use in our car. Thank you
