How do we program the machine to NOT generate a tr...

How do we program the machine to NOT generate a transmission receipt with EACh fax that we send? How do we generate a fax repoert if we would need to document that a fax was successfully sent? We have the Basic Operation Guide, not the Fax operation Guide THANKS!!
