I bought a stroller combo for my daughters baby. ...

I bought a stroller combo for my daughters baby. It has primarily brown plastic trip with a light background with aqua blue and tan polka dots. One of the back wheels is cracking. I've looked it over, I don't have the original warranty booklet and I just need to locate the model # so we can hopefully replace the wheel. Thanks
