Question About Graco Car Seat 8A12BKR
straps to tight...

now that Ive moved the strap to the highest postion there is no slack to get her arms through, this cant be right???

0 I had this same problem. I used the seat with my last child and thought it was just the seat. I finally figured out with this second child that the straps also adjust from the sides by removing those clips and moving to the last position. This should solve the problem.
