Question About Graco Car Seat 3-in 1 Car
How do you convert the seat to the last level...

I am having difficulties changing the setup of the carseat to accomodate my three year old. I believe that the inside of the seat is removable or adjustable as it is no longer meeting him across the chest to buckle the seat belt straps.
