Question About Graco Car Seat None
Car Seat Model 8643DOH...

I am a foster parent and got this car seat given to me without a book. I need to know the proper way to secure the base of it in my car. I see two straps with hooks on the end wrapped around the bottom of the carseat. Could you please tell me how to properly secure it in my vehicle. Thank you.
