I have model EF20BOA Fisher Price Sport Car Seat. ...

I have model EF20BOA Fisher Price Sport Car Seat. When in the rear facing position, I note that the red line must be level with the ground. How do I adjust the seat so that this is possible? Right now the seat is in a straight up position and I am unable to find where to recline the seat. Please help.
