Question About Eddie Bauer Stroller None
need manual...

Just got a hand me down stroller and don't know how to work it, I figured out the basics on my own, but certain parts should move, but I don't know how to do it. And I was wondering if the fabric is removable to wash or if I have to use an upholstry cleaner. Thanks
