is EB DLX Booster 22865-OKH, mfg L#12B 029720 dated 7-19-07 still in date to use? Will it face the rear? How do you install it?

5 There should Be a sticker located on the car seat which will tell you the expiration date. They typically expire 5-6 years after the date of manufacture which would tell me this one is expired.
