How to attach elastic straps to car seat

5 Try and work on a table or elevated surface you will need to be able to see the bottom of the car sear. Place the cover into the seat like it was if it was attached. Then lift an area and find one of the elastic straps. Once you have located one look on the car seat itself where that part of the cover was laying. There will be a small hole in the plastic to feed the elastic strap through. Now that the strap is through, look on the underside and find the strap. Somewhere close to where the strap is you should see a plastic finger, hook, etc that you have to slightly stretch the elastic strap over. Continue the first few steps working your way around the seat until all have be attached.
