Eddie Bauer 22880-CGT Adjustable Booster. We are borrowing this car seat for our 13-month and I cannot figure out how to install it rear-facing. I am thinking it's not made to go rear-facing but wanted to make sure before I buy a new one. I also wanted to confirm the weight ranges for this seat. Thank you.
