ATTACHMENT PROCESS...

I HAVE WASHED THE SEAT COVER AND CANNOT GET THE STRAPS TO LOOSEN UP ONCE EVERYTHING HAS BEEN PUT BACK TOGETHER. HOW DOES THE BACK STRAP GO THROUGH ONCE I HAVE TO ATTACHED IT IN ORDER TO CONTINUE THE STRAPPING PROCESS?
