Need to reconnect seat belt...

Took care seat apart to wash. Now I need to reconnect the seat beat.. Model# 22-859-AFD

0 We purchased a second hand car seat as a back up. Since the car seat was used we took out the old seat pad out for cleaning and then realized we didnt' have a clue how to re-thread the seat belts on it. Thank you for your help
