Please help me find the manual for Chicco 07067590780070 Baby Carrier...

hello i bought this carrier as new from ebay but there seem to be a couple of catches that dont have a strap to go into. Also can the child be carried back to back to the person carrying the child? I just need the manual to see how to use the carrier
