i have a britax renaissance carseat and took the cover off to wash it.i took the metal clips at the bottom of the shoulder straps that sit behind the carseat off to take the cover off and now cant find the metal clips.Have spoken to britax several times but not really getting any help because they dont understand what part i am talking about.If anyone out there knows what i am talking about then PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
